The fine print
To qualify, the following criteria must be met:
The mortgage principal loan amount must be greater than or equal to $100,000.
Has a minimum of a 3-year closed mortgage term.
This does not apply to a stand-alone HELOC product application.
Note: The cash bonus will be processed 30 days after the referral’s mortgage is successfully funded. Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to be deposited into your bank account.
