The annual management fee includes water/sewage, electricity, unlimited use of all resort facilities for you and your family, including two pools (heated inground pool and one acre pool), tennis/basketball court, picnic areas, playground, volleyball, WIFI in the Welcome Centre, Kidz Klub and so much more! Also included is lawn maintenance and garbage removal. Owners pay for their own propane and insurance. The annual resort fee for 2023 is 7990+HST and is fully paid for this season! This cottage is currently being used as a short term rental.
